چکیده

the purpose of performing this research was studying relationship of religious orientation and interpersonal trust with educational progress of students. the research was descriptive correlation one.statistical population included all highschool students of birjand city in educational year 93-94 ,which was based on morgan table and random cluster method ,355 samples was chosen and studied. to gather data , alport questionnaire of religious orientation and rample and holmes questionnaire of interpersonal relations trust were used. the data were analyzed by independent t-test and regression tes. in studying the components of religious orientation,the extrinsic religious orientation and total and intrinsic religious orientation students was higher than average level. and in studying the components of interpersonal trust,student's predictability was lower and their interpersonal trust and trustability and loyalty was higher than average level. and regression test in studying prediction of educational progress based on religious orientation and interpersonal trust showed that intrinsic religious orientation was anticipant of students educational progress and extrinsic religious orientation and interpersonal trust play no role in prediction of their educational progrss.
